We provide fully equipped modular kitchen with basic complementary groceries topped up, like tea, coffee, milk powder, sugar, some spices, etc. When you enter you are welcomed with a small basket which has some nice complementary snacks. If you want a little extra we provide a paid minibar at reasonable prices. As soin as you enter you dont need to go anywhere to start your vacation on a light note. We also provide a paid chef on call service at extra charges. Guest access Guests will have access to the full space and all amenities. Includes two large pools, an outdoor jacuzzi (shared), a steam and sauna rooms (shared), a large gymnasium, a games room with pool table, carrom and table football, a children’s park with swings, slide and a seasaw and duckie. Other things to note HOUSE RULES ACRON SEAWINDS: This is a premium complex and the owners, Association and Managing Committte of the complex are firm on certain rules and regulations to be followed, to ensure the place remains safe, secure and enjoyable for all owners, residents, guests and their families and friends. To ensure a peaceful coexistence and to have a pleasant and hassle free stay at the complex please note the following rules are compulsory and to be abided by at all times: SECURITY DEPOSIT: There is an offline security damage deposit of Rs 5000/- which has to be paid at the time of check in. The amount is fully refundable, at the time of checkout. NOISE: There is strict No noise policy at the complex from 10pm to 8am. Kindly abide by the same to avoid any complaints from neighbours. SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking area is the balcony only. A cleaning and sanitising charge of Rs 2500/- will be charged if evidence of smoking is observed inside the rooms. Smoking in the common areas of the complex is also prohibited. Kindly do not smoke in the parking spaces, poolside area or podiums. SWIMMING POOL AND GYMNASIUM DECORUM: The swimming pool timings are from 0600am - 0800pm. Proper pool attire is a must. Normal house clothings like tshirt, pants, regular undergarments, salwar, jeans, Bermudas, normal tops, etc are not allowed to be worn in the pool. Guests are required to mandatorily take a shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi. If pool rules are not complied security may stop the guests from using the pool. While using Gymnasium, gym shoes are mandatory. Slippers, outdoor shoes are not allowed in gym. Carry your own towels to the gym. Kindly switch off the lights and aircon after using the gymnasium. DESIGNATED PARKING: Please check with security the correct parking numbered 2T2. Parking in the wrong parking may cause association to take penal actions. VISITORS OF GUESTS: No visitors other than registered guests are allowed without prior approvals from the host. Visitors would be stopped at the gate by security. Prior approvals may be taken only on select cases when requested with sufficient reasons, We reserve our rights to refuse visitors of guests without giving or being liable to give any reason whatsoever. NARCOTICS AND UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES: Strictly no unlawful activities, no narcotics or banned substances allowed in the premises. Any indications of unlawful activities, would be reported to the authorities. SECURITY OF BELONGINGS: Guest is requested to lock the doors and take the keys at all times and not leave the keys hanging in the lock. The association or the homeowner do not take any responsibility of lost belongings at anytime. CHILDREN: Children must be always accompanied by an adult in the common facilities including in the swimming pool. An adult must be inside the swimming pool with children at all times. Children below 2 years of age are not allowed in the swimming pool except inside the children’s pool only. LOSS OF KEY: Will be charged Rs 2000/- LAUNDRY: There is a clothes hanging dryer in the balcony for drying clothes.. DO NOT HANG CLOTHES ON BALCONY RAILINGS. IT IS AGAINST THE ASSOCIATION RULES. ENVIRONMENTAL: Switch off air conditions while you leave the place. Do not waste water. Keep taps off when not using. Remember to switch off the gas when you are done cooking. The apartment is provided with an inverter and battery capable of powering basic light and fans during any power cuts for upto 8-10 hours. Before going out please ensure all switches are off, so that you have enough power available when you are back to the apartment in case of a power cut. SECURITY OF COMPLEX: The security of the complex is for the safety of the residents and guests, and at no times any altercation, aggression, or arguments with the security personnel or any workers of the complex would be accepted. In such events the Police will be called and strict penalties imposed by the association on the guests including but not limited to, debarring the guests to this complex indefinitely. NO PREJUDICE TO LIABILITY: The homeowner, the airbnb host, or the association will not take any liability for any incidents to the guests, or any children accompanying the guests, related to safety and security, during the stay at the premises.
